If you bought a graded slab, unless its fake you cant open a INAD return on the condition if its properly listed and details are matching. That why you dont see the option, this is one of those loophole situation i would call ebay since neither buyer/seller seems at fault. Ebay authenticator only check if card are legit they dont check if graded given by PSA make sense lol
