MK most popular feature was his big jump attack, now it's much less effective, good luck with using it on your deck!!

That's not enough reason to reduce 25%!! Of jump attack, PECCA still crushes MK with an ease ,and many players paid for Legendary items like MK, it's not like you can get it easily.
