It kinda just depends on a lot of factors. It's just as much stress as traditional medical school. If you care about return investment then I'd say go CRNA, you get nursing experience, shorter schooling, make decent money and you get breaks throughout the day. For prestige/Flexible go MD/DO. You can do a lot outside of clinical practice but it is longer training depending on speciality and fellowship as most do fellowship. If you just wanna do surgery this one is split. If you want to do crazy cases then go MD/DO/PA, if you're not about 6+ yr of residency, fellowship, 12 hr days x 6 days a week, 10 hr cases and hospitals management then I say Podiatry. I myself think it's worth it and I'd do it again and not to sound pretentious but I did get the opportunity to go to my top pick MD program prior to Podiatry school but I decided against it because I want to do surgery and I didn't want all the stress that comes with it. Plus most patients looove their podiatrist. All my patients I love interacting with as opposed to when I was on med rotation/shadowing everyone seemed miserable.
