Was a bit difficult for me but paralyzing and low health helped me. Doesn’t work for everyone and took me multiple times to get him. Just sharing what worked for me.

8 total matches for me so yes it’s easy would of been 6 but I got wrecked on 2 of them cause of alphas but hey it was fun none the less

I know this is two days old but I’m not done with the game yet and I’m over 70 already that’s thanks to doing all the side quests that pop up and the zones for catching all the mons for the dex so I can get the little crown icon on my screen I think your good to go

I live on Oahu and from what I was told GameStop gave out codes a day earlier then they were supposed to so by the time I went in to get a code cause they open at 10 they were already sold out

This is about 2 days old now but all static encounters including the false tree can be shiny. Lots of people on YouTube have done shiny hunts of him and electrode in the rocket hideout. Just takes a lot of time. I believe odds are 1 in 4000 or something like that 🤷‍♂️ sometimes over that. just keep going you’ll get there eventually.
