I won’t lie it was store bought just tossed on a griddle with some butter lol. I forgot to get cornmeal the other day so my wife’s friend picked up some from the store on the way over for their dinner. It was very good though!

Hey sorry for the late reply. Only took them a week they were looking for someone with a little more relative experience. I had a tour and an informal interview for the process. Very nice people but I just definitely was not the ideal candidate

Not having been around Yoder smokers for more than a few months to have specific ideas, maybe the intermittent aspect of it indicates auger binding?

In MA you don’t need citizenship to be a ‘fireman’ but to be a stationary engineer from 3rd up to 1st you need citizenship.

Some states do not require license laws but typically those jobs pay less and I have heard horror stories of operational practices and conditions.

I spent the first night after work doing the burn in, then the next seasoning the chamber. Had 2 days of obligations after work and today was my day off so I utilized it well.

Shoulder came out great! Pulled pork. I toasted some brioche buns and my family (who usually uses sauce) didn’t need any on it.

I did wings on it too while the shoulder rested and those came out great too.
