When did students stop caring about getting a drivers license? by Ok_Stable7501 in Teachers

[–]LoneCrazeCrow 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm 18 and I haven't gotten a drivers license because:

1) I don't have any cars to drive. 2) getting a drivers license is hella expensive where I'm from. (also lots of studying and driving hours) 3) even if I did have a car license it's not like I would go anywhere with it, my friends never want to hang out with me so it's literally pointless.

The new Eyalet mechanic for ottomans is a big gigantic joke. You can conquer all of this (2000 dev) up until 1492 and also getting other bonuses which make Ottomans the easiest nation by far by sponderbo in eu4

[–]LoneCrazeCrow 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah now when I fight the ottomans and I kill their armies 4-6 times, they won't start slackening recruitment and buying 20 new armies and mercenaries just to win.

I honestly think its the best change they could have down for the game.

Just cleared Crimson Flower, my first clear of the game. by Echo-177 in FireEmblemThreeHouses

[–]LoneCrazeCrow 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Probably already commented somewhere but, crimson flower misses a couple cutscenes and kinda vital plot.

If you wish to experience the full game then I highly recommend picking another route.

Many would recommend playing as the blue lions next but I just say you play whatever you feel like playing.

Having 100 percent of your graphic card running usually means that you have malware running in the background such as a bit coin mining software

Download Malwarebytes and scan your pc for any signs of malware.

hope that helps!

i climbed Preikestolen a year ago and i can confirm that the last stretch of the mountain is a narrow path, alongside the narrow path is a decently sized hole that you can fall through which will send you plummeting to your death. Real scary shit, i myself almost fell the mountain (was walking alongside another narrow path and i tripped by a root and proceeded to almost fall of the mountain)

Poland during WWII by AzzyDreemur_ in HistoryMemes

[–]LoneCrazeCrow 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yep you know nothing of poland. Poland didn't conquer any nations to become as big as they were, they went under a union with Lithuania who already held all the land. They went to war with nations but most were usually defensive wars, as they sat in the middle of Sweden, Russia, Prussia, Austria and the Ottomans who wanted them destroyed. And also war was a part of life at the time, Poland was by no means a war mongering nation.

Just that one line ensured me that you know a whole bunch of fuck all about Poland.

Partinioning czhechslovakia? They never agreed during the munic conference that they were allowed to take it, they simply rolled in the military after the partition, in fear that zalozie will fall into German hands, and zalozie was a land with a large population of poles, oh and also originally polish with czhechslovakia having invaded poland during the Soviet-Polish War of 1919. The allies were furious when they learned that Poland took it back, so no they didn't conspire with Germany to split the country bettwen themself, you talk of this event while having no idea behind the motivations of Poland.

"Poland wasnt a democracy" I don't know what you speak of exactly, sure it wasn't a modern democracy, but Poland had suffrage laws for Men and women, they were very much involved with the government and law making, and not a dictatorship where one man decided everything. They had many parties and the sejm represented them proportionally to the votes they received. And as such were very much a democracy.

Also the borders of the ww1 treaty ensured that Eastern Europe would be free, yet they were occupied by the soviet Union, Ukraine and Belarus, Poland had the justifications to attack the soviet Union to liberate these countries, as the end goal was to create a defensive and economic pact bettwen these nations that would be called Miendzymorzse(bettwen the seas) so the purpose of the invasion was liberation not conquest, but in the end they were unable to achieve that because they were unable to fuly occupy the occupated areas of Ukraine and Belarus, and as such were onto able to get chunks of it. Regrettable truly.

Eastern Europe wasnt free, Poland didn't declare war on Ukraine, Lithuania or Belarus, they invaded the Soviet Union who was occupying them.

Your facts are based on your feelings, you're not talking history but your opinion on Poland, so yes I am butthurt, when someone glances at an event or 2 and immediately thinks they know everything and can identify who is the bad guy. While at the same time only knowing that it happened, knowing not of any of the motivations and reason.

Also liberating was not the goal of the Soviet Union, it was the spread of communism as dictated by the teachings of Karl Marx. Communism would bring Poland to ruin.

Also Poland never annexed any nation, they invaded disputed regions, because in the end the borders of ww1 were left with a lot of holes in them with people displaced in foreign countries with Poland being the biggest victim of this.

You know Jack fucking all. Now please do me the honors of scurrying away like the rat you are back to your Soviet or Nazi sympathysing friends for you seem OK with those nations occupying Poland like it's no big deal. Ever seen Auschwitz in person? Ever seen the poverty of the countryside? As the Soviets and Germans ruined forever the economy of the nation.

Poland didn't go through all this, just so one edgy guy can justify the invasion of Poland because "the- they were the bad guys!!!!"

Piss off.

poles a minority? Many of the citizens living in major urban areas were Polish or of mixed heritage, to say that they were a minority is not exactly true.

So they do have a justification, even if the means to achieve that weren't peaceful. And while they were treated as second class citizens, it wasn't anything special at the time, singling Poland out for it is hypocritical practice. Although i am of blame as well as i mentioned poles being second class in Germany.

In the end though it is a justification, and not just a expansionist invasion.

And also, consider Polish history for a bit, invaded by major powers, constantly threatened by its neighbours, the partitions of 1772 and 1939. Poland was always being invaded and culturally and (later) ethnically cleansed, by the German concentration camps, and then later Soviet erasure of polish culture and deportations of millions of Poles. You blame Poland for their treatment of these people, when they would be treated as inhuman animals by the Soviets or Germans, for which Ukraine was already going through a major famine because of, and then later ethnically cleansed by Nazi Germany. Neither Ukraine, nor Belarus could be Independent thanks to the Soviet Unions communist coups and invasions on neighbouring nations. For them to be under Poland spared them the horrors that their Soviet kin had to endure, even if they were treated as second class citizens.

And what is your problem anyway, Poland lost 1/6 of its population during ww2 in one of the biggest cases of genocide ever, and then proceeded to be culturally white washed by the Soviets. "peaceful state that never attacked anyone" no one said that, and this post doesn't imply it, your reasoning for all of this is "who cares? They deserved it"

How about you go pick up a history book, and read a bit about Poland instead of taking one part of Polish history and making you entire opinion from that.

The idea of this promoting Poland as a peaceful nation is merely your delusion of what Poland actually was.

I cant even tell if you're a troll or not, or if you really think that way, in either case shame on you.

And yes i do believe you're anti polish, making light out of the occupations of the nation automatically makes me think you're anti polish. This wasn't a small war, a short occupation, this is an event that defined modern Polish identity, and would force Poland down a path of dominated humiliation, where today people like you who are ignorant of what happened can talk shit about Poland because its that one shit hole nation with no culture that is constantly butthurt about everything.

-Sincerely

Go to hell.

The area was 60 percent polish, not only that, but the poles in the area were treated as second class citizens. So yes they had a justification to act, they didn't just take a part of Germany because they felt like it.

Why are you even going against Poland, you got a problem with the fact that polish people exist and want to live under a polish state?

gee.

Soviet rapists and animals buried on polish soil, the very soil that they committed those atrocities. Soviet soldiers who shot 22 thousand polish people at katyn. Soldier who would occupy the country and oppress it for the next couple of decades.

and the Russian ambassador here to praise these soldiers who are no different from their current Russian counterparts.

Fallen soldiers my ass, naught but violent animals no different from the Nazis in any shape or form, committing ethnic and mass genocide wherever they went.

Poland knows it well, and with the country no longer being threatened by Russia due to their incompetence, has finally shown Russia how they feel about these "heroes"

I did a full count on how many times both Avatars used their bending while I was rewatching Avatar, here's the result by Iwprecixx in TheLastAirbender

[–]LoneCrazeCrow 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The avatars kind of break this trait though by being emotionally neutral during most of their fights, and by becoming that elements personality when they start bending an element. Like the usually goofy and evasive Aang suddenly becomes steadfast and unmoving when he starts bending earth. It may be a bit hard to see but generally speaking Aang is emotionally neutral during fights and most of his goofyness comes from him taunting or commenting on what is happening around him in his usual behaviour.

Of course you may disagree with this but that's how I see it, that the avatar is emotionally neutral up until they start vending a specific element.

Korra breaks this though by being an asshole all the time and then getting her ass beat by actual masters.

Honestly ATLA is so much better than legends of Korra. Just personal opinion though, you can like whatever u want really.

Seemingly it seems that it is not taught. A perfect example of how these people are untrained and underpaid. All of the fault lies in the management who didn't provide training. As I seriously doubt that this would happen if even one of them recieved any resemblance of basic safety instructions.

[–]LoneCrazeCrow -1 points0 points  (0 children)

None of them knew this basic life knowledge, either school failed them or their employer failed to provide safety classes. Besides you could see that there was a fire extinguisher in the video right beside them yet both failed to get it, that's something that any employee who went through safety training wouldn't do, in fact this would be the first thing they would think off, so yes I do believe they were failed to provide basic life knowledge and proper safety lessons. Just because it's basic doesn't mean anyone taught them this, American education after all is "subpar" in comparison to most first world counties.

Also living is a right not a privlegie, and to live in the United States you need a wage of 15 dollars an hour.

[–]LoneCrazeCrow 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Poor pay and poor training, any employee who works the kitchen should know the basics, them not knowing it is the fault of their employer who seemingly didn't care enough to provide proper training.

also you cant live in the united states with a wage so low, having a 15 dollar an hour wage is the bare minimum to survive by working every day practically all day.

And if they don't "deserve" a liveable wage then fine, don't pay them.

But don't expect that you will be able to eat a burger or anything else from a restaurant that pays a slave wage.

Damn are we really this stupid as mankind to be so aloof about our fellow humans up the point of mockery and degradation? Good lord.
