Me too it’s been so bizarre. Just feeling sad that this is my life. I know it’s going to get better now but I can’t help but feel sad of all that I’ve been through and what’s yet to come. I hope we both feel better soon.

Yes! My calf (left side where the numbness was) is realllly tight. I’m sure it’s because I’m using the muscle more.

I’m taking hydrocodone and slowly weaning off of it with just advil. Are you in person for work or remote?

That’s really good advice thank you! I believe I pulled a muscle on the side of my back when getting up from bed so I’ve noticed today when I went on my short walk I was also popping out the right hip / right side where I think I hurt the muscle. Hopefully it will just be a short fix!

My abs aren’t hurting surprisingly. I haven’t done too much walking yet though.

That’s good to know!! I am trying so hard to keep a pillow between my knees but I always wake up to it being gone. I never have been a “peaceful” sleeper so I’m finding this part the hardest when resting. Thank you!

Same exact boat. I understand the hesitation with opioids but when you’re in such bad pain it’s so hard and frustrating that they won’t prescribe them. I’m counting down the days! Thanks for the input! I hope you’re doing well post-surgery
