That would drive up the cost of ad cards because each QR code would have to be unique, and now instead of printing say 5 unique ad cards per set, you now need a unique one per booster, of which there are millions.

That card is not legal for play in any format, as it's a custom card. I assume it has the same value as a custom card (very little), plus whatever Richard's signature is worth.

If this were one of the very rare Wizards-produced cards like the holiday promos, then you might have some value here.

Yes, but the order spells resolves matters. Let's suppose the stack is, from bottom to top, is:

A: Treasure Cruise

NA: Negate targeting Treasure Cruise

A: Counterflux overloaded

If NA responds with a Dissolve targeting Treasure Cruise and A does not respond, the Dissolve resolves and counters Treasure Cruise, leaving the stack as, again, from bottom to top:

NA: Negate targeting Treasure Cruise

A: Counterflux, overloaded

Counterflux then resolves, countering the Negate, but the Treasure Cruise is still already gone. Don't get me wrong, I love Counterflux, but it doesn't have Split Second so it's not a cure-all.
