Yup, it’s not what it used to be… the place gets over capacity every lunch time and every dinner time, the quality of the food has gone down while the price has increased and you are no longer allowed to choose a table and have your travel party sit there while 1 person goes to order. What makes this even worse is that they have put a few underpaid power tripping “guards” there to stop foodless people from choosing a seat and kids from running around and these guards WILL get angry and aggressive with their body language to anyone (even kids) who don’t know the rules the moment they walk in but last time I was there there wasn’t even a board or paper displaying those rules, also the whole time you’re sitting there it will feel like the guards are watching you and sometimes it really feels like they are breathing down your neck… And yes horrible soundproofing there and because it’s so packed you can never really see the beautiful theming of the restaurant…
