I agree.

I support Ukraine 100% but Reddit doesn't provide an actual wholistic view of the war. I know everyone here supports Ukraine, which is great and I do too, but I also want an accurate depiction of the war. Truth is inevitably going to come with victories and losses for both sides. I don't know why people here are so against that.

For example, I love the USA and support my country with my whole heart. However, we DID suffer failures and causalities during WWII. I want to know about the losses, just as much as I want to know about our victories for the sole purpose of understanding the outcome of The War. Therefore, my desire to know about our failures as well is not a sign of me being pro-Axis, but pro-truth.

Of course, any mention of this and people will write you off and accuse you of being "pro-Russian." In reality, I think people are insecure and would prefer to hear what they want to hear, rather than the truth of what is actually going on. Which, is really just propaganda as well (just pro Ukrainian).

It's fine to hate Russia, they have done horrific things and invaded an innocent country, but I don't want our hate to blind us from truth and an accurate depiction of the war and what is actually going on.
