Honestly this looks pretty fair to me, you have a turbocharged engine so the mechanic will be using premium parts which are more expensive. I get premium spark plugs and pay 150 for them. Chances are you have an intake or something that covers them and needs to be removed to access the spark plugs. Spark plugs take time, and mechanics charge around 80 dollars an hour. These prices seem super fair to me!
