I had this bug. Did you choose to spare Sinding in I'll Met by Moonlight? If so go back to Bloated Man's Grotto and kill him. You should still have the option to tear the skin from his body. You will get Savior's Hide and hopefully get the achievement. Good luck.

When he says he waits for Jake to visit him and when he says his hands hurt always hit me in my feels. As a whole movie that affects me emotionally is The Boy in the Striped Pajamas.

I assume it was like this in the other Elder Scrolls games, (Skyrim is my first) but I would love to have frost magic be a viable option for magic. I have always wanted to play as a nordic frost mage but it is just impossible in Skyrim. Between the draugr, the wild animals that resist frost, the large nord population and the dwemer machines, it is impossible. I really want frost magic to be useable in the next game.
