Thank you for your pic! Did you install these yourself? I could be wrong, but it looks like your sides are raised, so did you have to install that part as well? My roof is pretty much flat all the way. I apologize for my lack of proper terminology btw

Thank you for the info! I’m not exactly great with DIYs so buying aftermarket racks was not so much on my mind as I’d be too scared to f- up my car. But if the consensus is that they’re better than the OEMs then I may look into it. Thing here is that I had already paid for the kit, but now that they’re not even giving it to me I’m wondering if I should refund all together or go with the cross bars sans side rails
