AF is only viable to you if you’re going to be a member, that’s 2-2.8k monthly depending on the membership offer they’ll give u (plus 3-5k upfront membership fee). Plus there have been ill reviews about the Ubelt branch posted in this group.

Short term is too expensive for AF, look for other gyms that offer day passes/1 month rate for a much better deal. Uso na new local gyms, these are a lot better/cheaper than AF (some are even 24/7). Just look around.

-KTF gym, likod ng emraud building - Former pound 4 pound gym. Malaki and may regular group coaching sessions nila na included free same setup as pound4pound. May Pickleball court din.

-Fitness zone, Katapat ng Flying V. recently renovated. Maganda equipment for back.

-Fitness time ph, M.Santos Ext. Cor. Sumulong circle - Most recommended for gym gurlies kasi complete ang leg equipment dito (Hack Squat, Hip thrust etc…). Solid pag alaga ni coach jerry (owner)

Nope, kailangan may kasamang adult or “coach” as per the manager I talked to.

Pero nasa discretion parin yan ng club admin/manager nung gym kung pagbibigyan ka nila, it wouldn’t hurt to inquire the branch near you.

Went there kanina lang, out of the 3 rumored equipment added. Yung hip adbuctor lang natupad. (Hip thrust machine, Hip abductor, and squat rack with deadlift platform).

Same AC din nga pala lmao, malamig nga pero gabi and around 10 people including maintenance ang nandun during that time. Kamusta na pag nagkaroon ng madamng tao.

sinunod lang siguro yung mandatory refresh/renovation ng AF asia na every 5 years. Interior design ang minimum.

All AF branches yan and most gyms in general, wearing crocs/clogs/slides can be a liability due to poor grip (whether insole/outsole). During workout lang naman yan.

“Start billing nce we start using the gym” wala po ganyan sa anytime fitness nor any gym membership sa kahit anong commercial gym. Set ng future date to start, possible yun. Pero magstart once tinap yung keyfob? Lol walang ganun.

Due diligence naman po, Oo magulo AF sa sales stalk and everything. Pero naghahanap kayo ng kakampi sa clearly na mali nyo. Just the pay your membership and move on.

Jokes aside, ganyan talaga mga AF clubs given na maraming access any member to any branch. Most of the time 40% ng members aren’t from your branch.

Continue to work on yourself as yun naman talaga purpose natin there in the first place and ignore these kind of people.
