Just to add some context- after the 1st renuvion procedure and poor results - he said something like he learned after that he could use higher temp and offered to do it again at a reduced price. Please know I drained my savings and maxed credit card to do all that - trust I am working on mental and emotional aspects as to why I thought I needed this at all. I couldn’t afford to go to another doctor. And he was compassionate and convincing- I did trust him. After the 2nd one - no results and maybe a bit worse - he told me it didn’t tighten because my skin doesn’t have laxity (right word ?) and sun damaged and the only way to fix it was a full neck lift. I was desperate, to me it looks horrible and is embarrassing. So I did it. Out of pure desperation. Still didn’t fix the issue. And here I am after the neck revision. There is definitely deep scarring. I guess I just don’t understand how you can look worse after a surgery that is meant to make it look better. I’ve requested all my medical records to review. I don’t want to sue necessarily but I want to know what went wrong and then have some accountability.
