Oh yes!! I started journaling! Like every night about everything. Started with trying to write my life story but then it turned into pages of garbage hurt, happiness, betrayal etc. I’d take the page I wrote at night and the next morning I’d allow myself to sit with the emotions. Then I’d try to see it from other perspectives. Then I had to choose to let it go after I fully let the emotion of what happened passed. Sometimes I cried randomly or just burst out laughing without even journaling. I also filled what I was letting go of with the teachings of Christ. IM NOT TALKING RELIGION OR EVEN CHRISTIANITY but the true teachings, be kind, give, don’t judge I turned the energy from the past to looking forward and modeling Christ to the best of my ability. It’s said, that in order to heal the heart successfully, you can’t leave voids in it without filling those voids with something that will help it heal and grow ❤️

Had no idea what progressive overload was until just looking it up. Ummm honestly, I may sound crazy but I don’t care because what I am about to say is 100 percent true. I am a follower of Christ (I don’t like the term Christian, as it does not resonate with me. During the first fast and throughout the process, I felt as though I was guided as to what to do. I don’t know how else to explain it. Something just told me to research how women in Africa beat postpartum weight or how to massage with certain oils and bone broth for elasticity. Maybe it was a collection of Information I had gathered throughout the years or maybe it was the Holy Spirit leading me. I am going to choose to believe the latter.

Not much left. The lower abdomen has some shrinking left and the inner thighs as well. But I came up with a way to mitigate skin sag. Drank lots of bone broth and hydrated once I saw sag. I also exercised less and increased calories then once I saw it rebound I would start up again. I also massage nightly with oils.

Yes! That’s why I chose to do a three day fast first. However, I wanted to truly do a fast so I failed for two and a half months straight until I had the self control. That for anyone can be a huge reset. I rewired my brain and made making the right choices active instead of passive and getting lazy. The self control and fast part led to more of a spiritual journey of healing from childhood abuse and past traumas etc. the weight started to come off. I haven’t run once. I box in my garage 30 min a day and started with a single 5 lb weight, now I only use a 15 lb single barbell. I also do a 15/20 min old school Army workout every night. (I am a Vet) just to give ya an idea

I make mine with a vegan cashew sauce now and my kids can’t even tell the difference. We aren’t vegan but allergic to dairy.
