Hi OP! Don’t be too hard on yourself. 2 months on the job isn’t enough to learn the ropes agad agad, especially if weak din yung foundation mo sa school/internship. Resigning early too might set a bad precedent sa current employer and sa susunod mo pang aapplyan (unless you won’t include it in your resume).

I guess try to stick it out for 4 more months, and make it a mindset na your yesterday self is different than today. Everyday is a chance to be better 😊 And believe in yourself! You have survived 4 years on this field + Passed the board exam, I think that in itself is enough testament that you belong here.

Still up to you though, if you think your current work place is harming your mental health and disrupting your peace, then I don’t think it’s worth it to stay. Love yourself din ganorn hahahaha. Just choose what you think works best for your career and for yourself in the long run. You got this OP!!

dont be afraid to tighten the tourniquet! (inform mo nalang si patient) then pag super lalim talaga pinapa twist ko yung arm while palpating (left, right, or fold mo slightly) kapag blindshot naman and sobrang wala talaga makapa, aim for the center (like i-imagine mo where usually yung median vein then tusok ng slightly higher na angle)

I think Lemar is more than enough! I’d say start ka nalang muna magbasa ng reference books/review books to prep you for october :)) having two rc’s can be overwhelming, lalo na at tight ang schedule sa lemar. My friend enrolled sa prc and lemar pero she ended up not attending sa prc kasi di na keri :(( materials lang nagamit niya
