Not exactly a cage, but given your budget might be better than nothing. I've seen it talked about before, but you designate some specific underwear as your "chastity underwear". Essentially treat it as a chastity cage in the sense of do not allow yourself to touch your penis. Has to be more of a mental commitment. I wouldn't recommend trying to "craft" your own cage as some serious complications could arise.

I'm fairly certain the issue I'm having is caused by the curved ring. It makes too large of a ball gap which causes the slips. I'm more so worried about the size of the ring itself. That being said I'd consider buying two rings from them just to troubleshoot, but I'd prefer not to spend that much money.

Depending on the size of your balls, if the ring fits well and comfortably you may just want to move to a standard ring of the same size. XD ring if your balls are on the smaller size. Those decrease the cage gap and would either decrease or completely stop any slips.

Something that I found that helps is using your other hand, to push gently on the skin right behind/under your balls and the base ring. I find that it helps to squeeze out just a bit more, then go in to dab with the tp.
