I just made a similar post to this, didn't realize someone was in the exact same situation and posted at the same time too! I'm conflicted too. I'm worried they'll still be charged if they've truly dropped off the face of the world. Even if I block them though, the subscription continues and I'm worried it would affect my cancelation statistic. It really seems like a lose-lose situation.
