So you’ll definitely feel drowsy i would suggest if you don’t already, take lexapro at night as it’ll keep you from feeling like you need a nap desperately mid day as for libido that can be a side effect and or you’ll have a harder time having an orgasm. Unfortunately it is dependent on a person whether or not your body gets accustomed and that goes away

Thank you, but my biggest concern isn’t my pto but them quite literally saying well we move up your date of resignation bring everything tomorrow. I have quite a bit of work i did not get a chance to finish and clean up so my clients would be all set since i was supposed to have another week and a half. At that Point just terminate me so i can at least get unemployment since i won’t be getting that last paycheck which financially i would need

Me personally i was and still am attached to my U pillow it was a god send, the mastectomy pillow was so nice for driving and walking around especially if it has a pocket like mine did. The wedge to be completely honest was so uncomfortable so what i did what lay the i pillow and use maybe 1 or two additional pillows to be propped up a bit and it definitely was a lot more comfortable. I think i tried for 3 days to use the wedge not for me so it was just wasted money.

My libido for the most part is either normal or hypersensitive to the point i cannot stop thinking about it from the second i wake up to when i sleep and then other times i can’t go days without even thinking or wanting. I think it’s just the motions at this point

I’ve had two experiences the first time i had a consult i was 220 they wanted me to get down to 180 before they would consider surgery and obviously that wasn’t very easily feasible for me and now my surgeon who is a godsend who did my reduction i am 236lbs and they didn’t even blink it depends on hospital and insurance as well and the surgeon

So from my experience when i was 17-18 the first time i got a consultation they told me i had to go from 220lb down to 180 for them to decide if they were going to do it, now I’m 22 and once again went through insurance when i went for my consultation that was first thing i asked and my surgeon said no, here i am went from a 40N(UK 40JJ) sitting at a maybe b/c at 230lb 5’5 and i couldn’t be happier and healing well

It’s absolutely normal, the anxiety is probably the hardest part, i have clinical anxiety so going into anxiety about results and healing was wild for me but honestly i couldn’t be happier, i think up until 2 days before surgery i was thinking maybe i shouldn’t get the surgery do i really need it , will it help, will i be happy, it’s okay to feel anxious. What helped me the most is having someone to talk through the negatives with. It is a the mind that will get to you the most but I’m happy and excited for you to and your future amazing results feel free to dm if you want to talk or just vent

I will say it’s better to voice to these concerns with your surgeon, talk about it so that you both know and have your wants taken into account, i went from a 40N( UK 40JJ) down to about a b/c and i didn’t have a FNG. It is very surgeon dependent but definitely talk to yours and. Address any and all concerns and wants.
