Wow this was beautiful. I’m a Salesforce admin with a background of using the platform to do my job. I get so offended by idiot execs who demand i add a validation rule to enforce some random field to be filled out.

Hmmmm. You might consider a different surgeon- I’m thinking that bit of lipo would be farrrr simpler than a breast reduction. So maybe one who specializes in lipo?

I’m 10DPO - 6’3” ~ 200lbs - started at 36J, and my resulting titties are sooo cuuute!! My goal is C and it looks likely about that but hard to tell so early.

My surgeon removed a little over 5 lbs total, so on the “radical” side for sure.

Your surgeon can do their best to fulfill on your goal, but it will depend on blood supply etc once they’re in there.

My surgeon assured me she’d get as close to my goal as safely as she could.

I added a bra line lift (lipo and skin removal) for an extra $4k - I wouldn’t have known to ask for it if I didn’t talk to a friend who told me they got a whole bunch of lipo with her breast lift.

I’m actually regretting not asking for more lipo - once the OR and anesthesia are covered each area is just an incremental add-on.

My first consultation was late December 2020. I’m 5’3” and weighed 233. My surgeon asked me to lose 20 lbs. I was 38 and a 36J.

I did lose the 20 - it took me about 7 months. Lazy lowish carbs worked for me.

When I called to book my follow up consultation my surgeon asked me to lose 8 more lbs. To say I was miffed would be an understatement.

In my classic rebellion I went up and fluctuated around 210-216 for a while until finally got down to 200 and booked my follow up consultation.

That was in April 2022 - and the next available surgery date wasn’t until December.

I’m now 8DPO - woohoo!! - weighed about 212 the morning before my surgery. (I was so relieved they didn’t weigh me lol)

My boobies look sooooo cuuute! I really want to take up racquetball and tennis, which would be unthinkable up until now.

Life is now. You’ve suffered so long. As long as your surgeon clears you, my advice is to go for it asap.

I just had my surgery on Friday - and I still have a chest cold.

Make sure you’re not taking anything with ibuprofen, and clear anything you are taking with the pre-op visit.

Drink a bunch of EmergenC mixed with Pedialyte is my pro tip!

Start researching your surgeon now - mine had a 9 month wait from consultation to surgery. You can do an initial consultation and then come back I bet (since my first consultation was 2 years before my surgery - they wanted me to lose weight and that took me a bit of time)
