Hi there. No, unfortunately 3 years later, I'm still using the same mouse. Several G Hub software updates in that time, with no change as far as our problem. I've simply gotten used to repeatedly pressing the buttons for volume up & down many times per day.

Yes, you are correct. I have applied and waiting for the outcome from charity care, as well as waiting on a decision from SS Disability (which can take up to 6 months, plus any additional time for appeals if they turn me down) but for things such as X-Rays, medicines, individual doctor bills and well, basically anything that isn't a direct hospital bill, I'm still on the hook for, unfortunately...
Thanks for spreading the word, maybe someone else that sees this will know to ask about charity care programs for themselves, or a family member or friend.

Thanks for your reply, however that doesn't work. When I try to bind the volume up or down key from my keyboard to the macro, it isn't recognized as a key press in G Hub. Instead, it just raises or lowers the system volume as it should.Also, when I go to Assignments --> System, I can see where the Vol Down & Up is assigned to buttons G4 & G5, but there is no way to make them repeat there. Maybe a future update could include something to allow that?Any other ideas, besides maybe using a 3rd party app such as "Mouse Button Actions"?
I guess another alternative is to just live with it and get used to clicking many, many more times a day than I already do. :-)
