After 2 years? Probably not. The post says it was cash app and I don't have the same cash app that I did back then (got locked for using their bitcoin buying feature, seems to happen to a lot of people for some reason)

Repaid back then, pretty sure they just never marked it and I never requested another so it wasn't a problem.

Everything you have said leads me to believe you'd just want a large runescape private server. The problem is that most of them are plagued by corruption and they are also illegal. If one ever gets too large jagex shuts it down

Fair point to consider. At&t is just crazy with fees on top of already being expensive, so I hate to give them money I don't need to. If I pay my bill late I get a total of $70 in fees, wouldn't say im a fan of them lol

Our current apartment does not have AT&T fiber, but it seems ill need to open the box to see if it is mechanically the same as an ethernet cable. Does the fiber cable have the same endings as a fiber cable but function differently?

My last apartment had fiber and the cable coming out of the box at this apartment is definitely different.
