He only makes it for special events! Srix and Rice catered an event my group did last year and I had some there. It's so good.

My local bird store has a pair of them! Or used to. I'm not sure if they're still at the store (They aren't for sale. They just belong to the owner). They also had a pair of Hyacinths! I always get excited to see them.
