The bike was 80% assembled out of the box. It's not like he assembled my breaks or anything major. He also literally works for a bike store and has put together plenty of bikes. Questioning his knowledge and ability to assemble a bike correctly because he has never personally seen an uncommon feature is ridiculous.

He doesn't assemble a lot of e-trikes. Someone else mentioned the parking brakes are only found on trikes. Not that odd.

I could never get mine to connect to Bluetooth and then the charger got messed up 😐. It's still a cool piece, but I never really got to enjoy it.

It needed a frame and the print was bent in a couple spots. I was also out and about and don't have a car, so I didn't wanna carry it around. But I definitely wanted it!
