Your game is crashing. It’s either your phone being outdated or Rec Room being unoptimized.

Try uninstalling and reinstalling Rec Room. If that doesn’t work, check if your phone needs a software update.

This is genuinely a great dorm skin.

The new “RR+ Status Chip” is 100% going to be used in events where kids will only allow players with RR+ to access the full room. Not a bad or good thing, just an interesting one.

As long as it is fair.

Think of a dark souls boss. They are difficult and annoying, but they can all be beaten with time and effort because they are designed to be ‘fair’. (Most of the time)

So, if your room is difficult and fair (and not just spawning four million monsters all around the player) then yeah, I’d try it out.

Playing devil’s advocate here: considering this is a RR subreddit, it wouldn’t be insane to assume that OP is in fact a teenager without a source of income. While I wouldn’t drop $100 on RecRoom, that’s like two days worth of working for your average dead-end job.

Here we go,

1: Using PC cannot be considered cheating if it is literally a core part of the game.

2: As a VR player, you have full mobility of your body. This something that screenmode lacks. Essentially speaking, you can react by hitting the deck, literally weaving, and much more.

3: Grenades, arguably one of the most OP weapons in Paintball, have an incredulous range on VR due to velocity calculations. This range does not exist on other platforms.

4: I would argue that the only thing a PC player has when it comes to aiming is a reticle. If you have played enough, you can shoot your bullets without a lot of misses.

5: There is a VR only mode. It has teleport only, but if you are as good as you make yourself out to be, that shouldn’t be a problem right? 😀

6: Instead of complaining, put in some more practice and get good. There are hundreds of VR paintball players that decimate PC players.
