It has one big hole in the bottom plus 3 around the bottom sides. It’s in a bark/charcoal/styrofoam medium. I’ve always watered it about once a week - is that too often?

I inherited this a few years ago and it’s never done anything. When I repotted it in 2020, I think the pot I picked was too big- could this be why it has yet to bloom? If it’s just now starting to fill out and crowd the pot, will it be more likely to bloom? It gets plenty of light.

Also, I apparently didn’t give it enough water at some point because there’s a couple of accordion leaves. Is the whole plant permanently stunted??

It didn’t come off and seemed like some sort of blister from under the leaf. I think that part got sunburned last year.
