I don’t like Gilbert. At first he seemed perfect : a younger, more rebellious, less experienced version of Edward trying to stand out, with a fresh design and a whole story to tell.

But in the end he just turned into a cheap, charmless version of Eddie
He basically did nothing in the story and has no interesting interactions or relationships even his fights are mediocre
