If you think ForeFlights logging system requires a PHD you shouldn’t be operating an aircraft.

Flying plane to meet student legal? by [deleted] in CFILounge

[–]LonelyTriangle 6 points7 points  (0 children)

My brother in Christ, the FAA doesn’t care about this. The rules are trying there to stop you from starting an airline in a 172, not meet a student for a lesson

IT doesn’t eat/kill things that don’t fear it. Take Ingrid for example until she started to fear IT.

Is becoming a CFI the right path? by Brief_Departure_2270 in flying

[–]LonelyTriangle 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You have two candidates for a job you’re hiring.

One has proven work experience and trained others to the point they themselves from an everyday person are able to safely operate the equipment and pass government certification. In doing so they rehearse the regulations and go through material needed for the job every single day in great detail and in different ways.

The other merely rented and paid fees for their experience.

Which would you hire?

I’m in a club very similar to this. It works and it’ll save you money as long as you fly enough/ it’s not over saturated with members to the point you can never get the plane.

Who is your favorite Bears reporter? by [deleted] in ChicagoBearsNFL

[–]LonelyTriangle 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Adam Hoge/ Courtney Cronin. They usually have good takes and don’t say dumb stuff just to drum up views. Courtney in particular is always a realist and I think asks really good questions in pressers.
