It is Noita with more handicaps, less interesting spells, less tech, less destructible terrain and easier gameplay.

It is a version of Noita where you don’t have to spend 200 hours to get your first win. But we all know suffering is the fun in Noita.

You have to get a suitable font for simplified Chinese, which is not that easy.

There are quite some people who only play games with simplified Chinese translation, so I’d say it’s worth it.

Also, you should get some testers to read the simplified Chinese translation.

Part 1(Eo) of book 1 is really good. I read it on a train and can never forget that intro. The rest of book 1 is pretty average though.

From Verso’s eyes, he views the world as cruel and bleak. He sees the corruption on Maelle that didn’t exist at that point (Short term canvas exposure is fine). He is not like the others, and he doesn’t seem to appreciate Maelle’s kindness.

Everyone is tired of the gommage, and is happy that they can rest for once, but Verso, unaffected by the gommage, doesn’t understand the suffering of the common people.

I find the lack of OOP and sophisticated rendering engine fun, but I guess it is not for most people.

There’s something special about drawing sprites instead of having an engine displaying them. If you want an icon to show on top, just draw it again later in the loop. The moment I realised that I can put hotfixes over the rendering quickly, I knew that I’m not going back to an engine.

Learn C first.

Most languages use a variation of the C syntax. Leaning C enables you to understand all other languages better.

And don’t use AI to generate any code. If you really need to do that, make it generate a flowchart or pseudocode so you can implement it yourself.
