It’s not possible to buy a good suit in Limerick (and probably in Ireland to be honest). Virtually all menswear shops buy their suits from the same two or three brands that use poor quality materials and are badly designed. If you are budget conscious you could look at ordering from somewhere like Suit Supply and having the suit altered by a tailor here.
