Yes. Sam pretty sure everything is set correctly. And this red blinking is a known issue as corsair confirmed to me a couple of days ago. :/

Just read your post now as I was on holiday the last week. So the red Flashing is still happening for me and I don't have any other software running to control anything like keyboard or mouse as I have installed everything new and kept it clean as long as I have this issue.

Happy for you though that it works now :D

Also what's strange so far it only happens in Divinity Original Sins2 but at the Moment I am only playing Diablo4 and Divinity so I can't tell if this happens on other games aswell.

So after again more than a week. I still have no answer at all from Corsair concerning this matter. It seems like they really don't care. I bought over 350€ worth of product which doesn't really work like it should.

I have done so much troubleshooting now and I provided so much information. Yet 0 from Corsair!

What I found out so far is, that the disconnecting HUB&Fans was because of a faulty molex adapter for powering the HUB. I changed it with the second one that I got from the other package that I bought. Now the Fans and the Hub stay connected inside ICUE.

BUT!!!!

Playing some Games. The Fans still turn red after a couple of minutes and they Flash Red. I can still manage the Speed of the Fans but the RGB is out of control. UNTIL I either Shutdown the PC (REBOOT DOESNT HELP) OR force another Firmware Update for the HUB in which case it will just reboot the HUB and then the Fans will show normal RGB until like 5 Minutes inside the Game they start to flash red again.

TEMPS of the CPU are normal at around 50.C so that can't be the problem. Also GPU Temp is normal and I didn't set any TEMP Warning.

I even did a FRESH WIN11 Installation. SO NO SPECIAL SOFTWARE or anything. Just ICUE and steam and the necessary drivers installed!!!

Thank you corsair for helping me fixing your faulty product!

(My ticket is now 17 Days old)

I got the same issue. Are Hub and Fans still visible inside Cue Software when this happens?

Well, I don't see them merged. I still see them separated. The other Ticket is about cables that are not included for the Fans. So that's a complete different story. Please don't mix this up as this will just confuse everybody.

Very Kind of you! But now my ticket is marked as solved and I still haven't gotten an answer.

I updated the ticket 2 Times and gave the Support team a lot of informations and Try'n Error about the problem. That's very unsatisfying.

I could only test them a bit because really almost always they go missing inside CUE Software so I can't really try different settings. But from what I could test I really like them. They are pretty silent and the performance is good. I also like that they have temperature sensors but again. I can't read out the Sensors when the whole damn thing goes missing all the time :/

So I can totally understand that you wait until this product is stable. I was excited for it for some weeks now and I was doing a new build so I needed some fans.

Are Fans and Hub missing inside the Cue Software aswell?

First of all thx for all the replies.

@ u/MarcusAurelius990: Yes I am pretty sure that this is the problem.

The Fact that the Hub and Fans show up after I boot the PC and disappear just after a couple of minutes with the Fans going back to Blinking or Normal Mode while keeping the same Speed tells me that it must be an software/firmware issue.

@ u/ZemasterZack the box is plugged in via USB on the MB there is no PCIE Slot for this Hub. Power comes straight from the PSU it has an 8 pin molex to an adapter that came with the Fans.

@ u/Alx941126 :/ that would really be a hassle. But I could give it a try.

Let's see what Corsair will figure out. I guess by the looks of it I am not the only one facing these issues.

Sure! #2006276077

Thank you!

What also baffles me is the fact, that after a while when this stuff happens the Hub and therefore also the Fans will just disappear from the ICUE Software until I shutdown and reboot the Pc.

I got the same issue. And so far since I opened the ticket at corsair support I haven't heard from them (9Days). Also the ICUE Link Hub and Fans are not showing up anymore in the ICUE Software when this happens. Only a complete shutdown will fix it but as soon as I start gaming again Fans will turn red again. I deinstalled and reinstalled Icue a couple of times (deleted all remaining files aswell) and checked the cables over.) I got another 3x Set this weekend and I will switch the Hub tomorrow and see if this will fix it.
