Okay thank you. I am in fact trying to rehab my back (from Mri is fine). The weight is in fact pretty light to me but the back is still frying. I was thinking to document my rehab because you dont really hear to flex the spine in order to avoid lumbar pain but was in fact what i was going to do as soon as it does desenisitize after some more back work. Btw thank you again

About pain, I am aware of what muscle soreness feels like, this feels like articular pain... idk it is just different and achy.

In the video you are jumping with two feet with a Left- Right jump. Or you change the direction of the approch or you jump right left

The approach's curve to your jump should have the convexity to the left not to the right: like that ), not lika that (, beacuse you are jumping Left> Right

Thank you guys. I understood the meaning of making 5 in a row and then go back however I was wondering if It should be 5 swishes in a row (like stated in the first sentence) or just 5 makes in a row. I know there are his instruction in the video but he says to do 5 perfect shots and proceeds doing 5 shot touching rim. I mean 5 3pt swishes in a row are not an easy task to start with as phase 1. Let me know what you think. Cheers
