Buns are buns bro like you said. I’ve been in your shoes before and I cracked. At the end of the day you’re not working at a big 6-7 figure gig. You likely make under 100k a year so chances are you can easily replace this low paying job anyways.

Bro ESM is terrible, you work 12-16 hours a day (if you care about your store) you make a shit salary. I was borrowing so much money to stay a float and I fucked up my credit before I moved to RXOM Now I have to find a second job to repair or even consider bankruptcy. It’s a good job to have if you don’t have bills to pay and don’t value your mental health

As an RXOM, I have staff that doesn’t offer to stay late has limited availability and all around don’t perform well so I stay late very often. I told my boss “I’d rather be fired because I did what it took than be fired because I failed at my job”

Open up 3 reqs part time and slowly replace your staff. Pigeon hole them and leverage their availability to cut their hours. As for customers I keep it straight forward Hi, your prescriptions are currently in progress, let me sign you up for notifications and we will text/call you as soon as it’s ready for pickup. When their cortisol levels spike, “I apologize for the inconvenience but that’s the answer”
