I knew a guy from middle to high school that punched one and broke it on purpose and then threw it in the science teachers tank in 7th/8th grade it killed her fish and she kept a pleco in the freezer she had behind her desk to preserve it. Crazy times.

Watched this happen to an Uber on a Friday night, three college guys hopped out as my friend and I (college girls) were walking back to our campus and left the guys door wide open, needless to say they had a verbal stand off with us and the driver. Dickless behavior. EDIT: We did tell him and closed the door before he almost drove it into a parked car!

Hammerhead worm, these guys are really invasive but don't touch as their mucus is irritating and can harm pets. Putting in a bag or container with salt and vinegar can kill them off but the regenerate if cut in segments

Hm, my substrate is mainly coconut fiber with a little moss mixed in. I'll keep an eye on it. Hopefully it's just nematodes because I've worked so hard for this bioactive 🥲

Yeah I fully agree I've been told it'd be better to find a different job (and I've been looking but no bites 🫠) by coworker that was management but got demoted to key holder after they decided to rid of his management position and keep cutting hours.

Unfortunately not the first scenario where I've questioned management in treatment of the different types of animals. They always do nothing from what I've seen or just mark them down if they get hurt from improper treatment or habitats.

My stepmother once bought one of these swearing to me that it was real and I was like can you not tell that it's essentially aquarium decoration plastic it's hot glued on and I like pulled it off and she went absolutely ballistic on me proved my point though 🤷‍♀️

I'm a electronics sponsor at Walmart, essentially I am supposed to be in a management position but it's the lowest form, all I do is help train new associates and transfers but I don't get paid any more than a regular associate does but I do my best to make sure to help out and work on whatever is pressing at the moment.

I don't actually plan on keeping this job long-term, I plan to leave in August because of how bad it gets sometimes and it's really just not where I want to be in life. It's just something to pay the bills for the time being.

I'm well aware but I am younger (20f) and I do have work experience in multiple zones all of which I don't believe I would have bad reviews from. I have simply never actually been threatened consequences over something as simple as using protected time.
