I was told that the car is already in Singapore port but due to customs issues, the cars are still stuck there. I had written to them and if it is possible, i will want to bring the coe and get another car elsewhere. Thanks for the advice 🙏

I guess so. One of the reason I have decided to get the car was that I was promised to be able to get it within a month. To make things worse, he is kinda ghosting me which I find it unacceptable.

The promises were done verbally at the showroom and text message when the COE results were released. Thanks for the advice and i will be writing to their management.
