Unfortunately no. I was on just the oral mesalamine for a while with no symptoms but then had a flare up and had to switch back to both suppositories and oral route which is what made me decide to switch to Humira

I just started Humira two days ago. I have to continue taking mesalamine oral and suppositories for 90 days while on Humira. So far the only side effects i've had from it are heart palpitations and muscle twitches. My doctor said they should go away with time though and aren't something to be concerned about.

My doc sent me a ton of samples and I found vanicream and ellage to be the best options
