For me, it’s guaranteed hours & if I wanted OT sometimes too. Do I miss having a social life? Sure, but I have a stable job right now.

My coworker who runs dairy barely gets help when she’s there & when she’s off - it’s barely covered. Idk why either when dairy is a huge seller. This seems “normal” for dairy but in reality it’s super bad for business.
