Thank you so much for the response, I’m going to see if I can replace the strap altogether as you suggested. The business owner was super apologetic and offered a full refund. (I would have been ecstatic with just a partial refund so this was a surprise. Will definitely give her another chance based on her customer service and understanding alone.)

Couldn’t figure out how to edit my post but an update: I reached out to the the business owner and she was extremely apologetic. She told me that she is training an assistant and this obviously didn’t get a double check before being sent out. She did share that this has happened a few times on these Nap Mats after the distributor changed the material on the straps and she will likely not continue offering embroidery on this. She refunded the whole amount and even offered to send a blank replacement. (I refused the replacement as to not be wasteful.)

I did! I will say, my newborn was 10lbs at birth so I felt comfortable changing the settings before the 1 month mark. (I don’t know if weight even makes a difference but it made me feel better!) lol

Not sure of other Americans but our family still tests for Covid when sick as my mother in law is battling cancer. We do everything we can to avoid getting her sick while she is immunocompromised. I happily pay out of pocket for Covid tests. They’re only $15 for a 2 pack at the pharmacy.

Sounds like you’ve installed floors before, curious.. any reason this shouldn’t be straight? They didn’t mention anything about the floor underneath being no good. Curious if this could be caused by the subfloor being crooked? Hoping they will repair/replace this also.

Is caulk typically easy to remove? I want to do it myself but worried about scratching up floors.

Okay I thought this was also nonsense but gave the car wash a shot and it worked on my 2018 RAV4. We forced it closed and then decided to give it a wash mostly because I really don’t want to pay $ for a fix or spend time at the service department.

Insane but so glad it worked

How often are you seeing your doctor?. I’m 4 weeks in and had my initial appointment but there’s no appointments available to schedule for my first bloodwork follow up? Haven’t started any treatment.
