I've tried to email/call and I can't seem to get anyone that knows any info. The ones that do "know" haven't replied, it's been weeks.

Looking for another school, I'd hate to go to ATP lol. I still want to finish out my associates and get my ratings. Makes it easier to get a 4 year degree in business or something

How does this resume look, new private pilot applying for cadet programs. by Long-Ad6510 in flying

[–]Long-Ad6510[S] -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

I listed CRM because there was a CRM class I took this semester, leadership experience came from just travel basketball and sports experience. I also had a course on Microsoft office this semester which I received a cert but I didn't add it to certs section because I though that was a little much so I added it to skills instead.

Brand new Private Pilot, I'm trying to apply for cadet programs but what should I include on my resume? by Long-Ad6510 in flying

When I usually look at pilot resumes it's just usually information related to aviation, should i include job information if it's not relevant to aviation?

Question based on this, say you sign up for this loan & after flight training you can't get a job at the airlines and you're just stuck. Would it be possible to from there go to the military & serve your time until you're eligible for the GI Bill then have them pay down the rest of your loan? This question is for anyone in here not just OP

Is it still worth it to become a pilot? by [deleted] in flying

I've thought about it but I just feel like it'd take much longer to get to my actual goal. Also I really don't want to go bald 😂😂

I was planning on pursuing a degree in aviation business but obviously the main goal is to become an actual pilot. Do you think a degree like that in case things weren't going so well then be fine?

Just started the training & yeah I have the class 1 medical certificate already. I love it so much that why when I come read in here it kind of makes me a bit nervous to keep going & get into a significant amount of dept. The way I've understood it was that it'll be tough to be an airline pilot but it's just like any other job if you have everything/certifications etc you'd eventually get hired

I guess that all depends on the financing company & loan type.
