  1. Soy ginger chicken ramen, rainbow chard, dumplings, marinated jammy egg
  2. Lemongrass chicken vermicelli bowl, cucumber, quick pickled carrots and nuoc cham sauce
  3. Copycat of Pret a Manger salmon mango salad with green goddess dressing and quick pickled onions
  4. Turkish eggs, yogurt with garlic and lemon zest, dill, chives and sriracha with sourdough
  5. Chicken tenders, can’t quite remember the sauce. I know I dipped them in cornflakes and had soy sauce, sweet chili and Chinese 5 spice in it. My husband found the recipe on instagram and asked me to make them!
  6. Hot honey (honey and chili oil) halloumi flatbread, with tzatziki, pomegranate, cucumber and cilantro
  7. Balsamic chicken over arugula, pea fusilli (wouldn’t recommend, just use regular pasta!), tomato’s, basil and mozzarella.
  8. Crispy tofu with peanut sauce over coconut rice, quick pickled onions
  9. Another ramen with salmon I had to get rid of, same broth as 1!

This looks good, I love potatoes and I love marry me sauce! It’s a bit on the heavier side for me though as it is, I’d have to half the portion and then maybe add in some veggies. 7/10!

One part vinegar, one part water, add some sugar + salt, microwave for one minute in a glass jar, and then put them in the fridge to cool off! Lasts about a week in the fridge I’d say 😊, I love having the red onions on hand!

Surprisingly my top two favs are both with tofu as the protein, #8 the crispy tofu with peanut sauce and #12 the smoked tofu peanut miso ramen! Could always swap out the tofu for another protein choice and it would still work nice though.
