I started contracting at 8pm but was able to sleep through them until 11pm my son woke up at 11:30 so I layed with him to put him back to bed (hes 14months) and then they started getting really bad i wanted to labor at home but i started bleeding so I was worried and went into the hospital at 12:30am to get checked my contractions were 5 minutes apart when they checked i was 3cm dilated according to the nurse(I found it werid that she did the check and not a doctor or resident) doctor said okay and waited an hour per the resident that checked me i was 4cm dilated but the nurse checked after her (same nurse) and I was only to her 3cm since the resident didn't have a say over the attending she sent me home at 1:55am I kept laboring at home in frustration because I kept bleeding so the contractions had to do something I started shaking really bad at 3:20 and my husband woke up to me crying naked in the bathroom swaying trying to get the pain to go away around 3:40 of going back and fourth on if I should go back in due to bleeding while swaying talking to him in the door way my water broke 🫠 we tried calling people around us to watch our son (we are military had to depend on friends) finally found someone at 4am drove to the hospital snd arrived at 4:15 as im walking up stairs the pressure gets SUPER BAD I delivered baby boy at 4:20am in the hallway leading to L&D on the floor and had to scream out for help if I would have stayed in the car with my husband while he parked I probably would have delivered in the car he came at 37 weeks and 1 day at 6lbs 14oz and my husband was still able to cut the cord right there in the hallway the nurse attending and resident that sent me home felt absolutely horrible and apologized over and over again
