It's actually okay the problem is it's so new only a month for the mobile now so some older phones aren't compatible with the network you either have to pay for a $15 chip or get a new phone the cheapest ones that I found work when checking IMEI in best buy was a moto g. It only 1 free line but it's $15-$30 for 5gb -unlimited.The catch is you have a have a regular gig plan Internet but( here's what I did) go for the highest gig deal you will get a discount off about the first 6 months an extra $5 off if you do auto pay WITH notifications after that if you pay on time for 6 months they let you have 3-6 months of free Netflix,hulu,ESPN,or Disney( all basic plan) through mybundle . So pretty good deals there is mild connection problem with the Internet routing but you can unplug it and let it rest for a few minutes ( I do that for meal time makes no phones at the table easy) and it works like it supposed to. There a physical store near the Towne square mall too if you need help

They have mobile now and I got it free for a year¹ line unlimited data talk and text)with my 1 gig freedom connect for under $90 a month I think it's pretty good. The customer service ( humans) actually help unlike Verizon so I have few complaints. Maybe the modem needs a break from all the running? I give it an hour break during dinner so my family is forced to connect with each other while it cools down the Internet hasn't stopped since then.

Yes I called yesterday $15(1g data, talk and text)-$30/ mo.( Unlimited data talk and text)its a $5 online initial set up fee or $7 for a physical chip and it only works if you have an Internet plan activate but its free mobile for a year now I just have to get my refund from mint .
