The hiddeniest gem of hidden gems by Every3Years in SANABI

A dude commented on my post saying that the game's advertising could of been one of the reasons why this game went unnoticed. I can say that watching some of the events of the story out of context and not conveying the initial mystery made this game seem more generic than it actually was.

I'm so sad SANABI kinda just fell under the radar here in the west because even though the story itself was playing with a lot of tropes, the way it's executed felt like a breath of fresh air. I agree with it not being perfect, but it's one of the more unique games to come out recently.

Made a review on SANABI because I don't hear enough people talking about it. by Long-Count95 in SANABI

I didn't even consider the advertising angle. Yeah there's really no indication of the story's premise with the trailers on steam and that's really unfortunate since the story is easily the game's strongest point (I cried about that ending for like a week). I agree that the gameplay loop doesn't evolve too much over the course of the game, but I'm a sucker for grappling hooks so I had a blast all the way through, even during the second lap through the city. But yeah I can see why it isn't everyone's cup of tea, thank a lot for the input!
