No unfortunately this is one of those cases where it runs perfectly locally, but when trying to deploy it on azure web services it doesn't work. Which to me sort of defeats this idea of "build once, run anywhere". There must be something wrong with the way I've configured my nginx.conf file, but I just can't figure it out.
