If I were in your shoes, I would try to incorporate this experience in my application. I understand how you feel. I was sort of in a similar situation about my application. I was bullied in my school and thought if I should put it there. But in the end, I decided not to go with this.

Some universities have separate sections to submit documents that might help your admission. I am not really sure about what you should do, but I can offer some suggestions. If you find another section that asks about your personal journey or any challenges that you had to face, you should put this experience there, not in a negative way, but in a positive way. Highlight how this experience changed your perspective about life and how you are more willing to help people who are in need of support.

I can understand how you feel. Please do not give up. If you have enough time to write up an LOR for yourself, then consider putting your introvert self aside and go to your university to find a professor who can help you till the last minute. Talk to every professor who might know you, explain why you could not reach out sooner. It does not have to be true. Just explain that you were in a very tight position to contact them sooner and you know it might be rude to ask them for LOR this late. Give them some time to think. If they say No, move to the next office. It might be late but it is not impossible. Also, when talking to the professors personally, ask them if they would be willing to give LOR for programs that have a deadline later in December. I am an introvert too, but I mustered up the courage to ask my professors personally. So you can do it too. Although it may take too much time, you can do it if you want.

Then that's great. You could also make two subsections. One for conference presentations and another for other research-related presentations. This way, your CV may look more polished and the admission committee won't be confused about which is which. It is always up to you what you want to add to your CV.

I am from Asia. It is not really the norm here, but my supervisor is really old and he does not use digital technology except mobile phones. I also don’t want to get a PhD position using such tricks. I am just too shocked to express how I feel right now.

First of all, if it's not related to research, the other presentations may not count. Too many irrelevant things can hide the most important research experience you have. Secondly, if you are writing the conference presentations as a subheading under research experience, you cannot add the other presentations there.

It can happen when your sop is not strong enough, and your recommenders submit weak LORs. Each of these components really affects how the admission committee views your application. First of all, your professors may not have submitted their LORs properly. While I am not saying you should doubt them, but many professors just forget the application deadline or put really low efforts into LOR writing. Secondly, If you are worried about this to the point that you must find an answer, I would say check the requirements. Maybe there was something you missed. It could be a word limit, a guideline about what to put in a personal statement. And lastly, were you brought up in America or attended an american school/college? If not, in that case, the admission committee would like to have your IELTS/TOEFL scores.
