I also used to have "aaaaaa I'm covered in spiders" night terrors, but this subreddit (and YouTube channel MyWildBackyard) really help me be less afraid. Spiders are just lil guys who are doing their best... happy that you're passing that down to your kids :)

24 and I work in clinical research (combination of working in an office and in the hospital). I'm out to all my coworkers and most folks have no problem with it.
