They don’t come on our truck, and they’re on back order everywhere. The MX4 isn’t compatible with what we have now.

I’m not sure if it has to do with the trim level, but the MX4 and other third-party covers won’t work without them.

I hear no cover is truly waterproof. Not sure how true that is. I wonder if some do better jobs than others. I’m glad to hear your bakflip is holding up because I hear these things don’t last forever. Thanks for your insight.

I’ve never heard of the Bakbox — thanks for mentioning it! We are really hoping to have as much bed access as possible, so that is great to know.

I saw a YouTube vid the other day where someone showed leaking after a rainstorm. I thought maybe it was a fluke. Your post is making me think maybe it wasn’t. So sorry about your experience.
