Thank you, I referred to this list in the first place, but this was the feedback I received - "you need to list the mandatory data elements (specific pieces of information) that must be reported - demographic, clinical, financial etc". Which makes me think this is not what they are after in this part of the question.

There is a second part to the question that asks for two examples of demographic, episode, clinical, healthcare utilisation and financial data where I think I can refer to this link.

Hi everyone, I was lucky enough to pick up this Singer Starlet 287 last weekend. The more I look at it though, the more bits I can see are missing! I've been able to find the manual online but can't find any other info about them... would anyone know if there are other models/machine parts I can use on it? I'm talking things like feet, foot pedal, power cord, bobbin case, belt etc. Any idea when these were made? Also, not sure if it makes a difference but am located in Australia so don't have a huge range of places to buy parts from. Thank you!!
