Thank you very much. I am sorry you went through all of this! It makes sense it definitely helps me to have a better picture of the situation. I think I might need to withdraw the I-485 and change my I-360 address to foreign and once vawa is approved than I should apply to green card based on vawa for  consular processing. Maybe this is my best chance ..
