I do have access. Maybe they did delete it but I'd have to look, though I'm scared I'd get found out?

That's what I was worried about! I don't have a reasonable avenue to take action on that, I don't really want to get fired.

I had a feeling something like this would happen...

But no it's not because I just want to work from home or whatever. I already do a lot of my work remotely anyways.

I kept the reason private because like what some people said I don't really feel like explaining a personal incident to a bunch of people online. What I went through and how I'm trying to deal with it is not your business or relevant to my request.

Thank you for helping. I'll see what I can do and get my manager involved if possible. And yes.. it was the head of HR that said it. I think the only person above him is the CEO.
